If you are currently in a position of leadership or aspire to one day be in that position you may want to pay particular attention to the following writing. Within the following is going to be the key ingredients to ensuring the success or failure behind any organization. From a lemonade stand to a fortune 500 company, these seeds can make or break your dreams. This all stems from the most neglected part of most organizations. It is easy to think you have a good cohesive culture established in your current organization, but the truth lies inside of some of the 1.5 star reviews from past employees on Glassdoor that have less than 6 moths of working for you.
What possibly could be of so much importance and yet go virtually undetected until it is looking grim and dire? What could cause such a drastic turnover and leave such a negative atmosphere all around? The answer to most if not all of your organizations can be seen inside the training program or lack thereof. Show me an organization with a bad or non-existent training program, and I will show you an organization destined for failure.
You may be saying, ‘I don’t have the resources to justify hiring another employee.’ You also may be thinking, ‘here’s a pitch for some kind of costly software.’ You may even be thinking, ‘I should have never started reading this.’ I am willing to not only let you in on a huge secret for success, but give you the ideology I have implemented many times over to maximize efficiency. This great gift can be summed up in an acronym even, S.P.A.R.
What is S.P.A.R.? This is the method that is going to turn things around for your organization. The ‘S’ is for standardizing your training policy. The ‘P’ is for creating a means to record employee progression. The ‘A’ is for establishing meaningful accountability. The ‘R’ is for forming a reward system. If you like what you are reading so far, reach out and we can work to fully integrate the S.P.A.R. method into your organization.
